WHO IS SLB?
SLB is an in-home care servicing medically fragile children within Georgia. We service children with various conditions such as Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, Wheelchair Bond, Muscular Dystrophy, Hydrocephalus and many more. We are an approved GAPP provider (Georgia Pediatric Program) focused on providing quality home care.
